Before you go through all this, it is BEST RECOMMENDED that you go to a TUXEDO shop in
town to get the measurements done, called " COMPLEMENTARY MEASUREMENTS." Most if
not all tuxedo shops do this for free. They will quickly give you more accurate measurements
then if you did it yourself and you can then just email, fax, or call in your measurements from
where ever you are in the country!

If you decide to fax your measurements in, please call us after you fax it over. Just  print out
this form
HERE and fill it out with the correct information and fax it to: 1-(559) 222-0838.

If you email your measurements, we would like you to call us first so we will be expecting
your email. Save this form
HERE and email it to us at: Weddings@ajstuxedojunction.com .

When calling in your information, please review this form
HERE and be able to tell us
everything on there so there will be no confusion on who you are or what party you are in.

If you have no choice but to do your own measurement, here is the best explanation we can
give you. Call us for further information or questions!

***REMEMBER! IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU GET ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS
BECAUSE IT IS SOMETIMES IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO FIX A TUXEDO WITH THE
WRONG MEASUREMENTS!!! CALL US FOR MORE INFORMATION!
To Measure Height:
Stand against a wall with your shoes off. Place a flat ruler across top of head to wall.
Measure from that point on the wall down to the floor.  This helps us determine what sleeve
length you may be.
Coat Length & Sleeve Length:
The following guide will show you the appropriate length for your jacket, as well as your
approximate sleeve length...

Height        Coat Length                Sleeve Length
< 5’ 8"             Short                      31” & 32”/33”
5’ 8" – 6’        Regular                   33” & 34”/35”
6’ – 6’ 3"         Long                        35” & 36”/37”
> 6’ 3"         Extra Long                     38” – 40”

Chest & Overarm Measurement:
When measuring the chest, take the tape measure and wrap it around your chest under your
arms. Take the measurement you get when both tape touch each other as your chest
measurement. If measuring for your coat size, you would then add two inches to this
measurement and write down the size as your coat size.
Waist  and Out seam Measurement:
Measure the waist where the pants will be worn. Make sure that you do not measure over a
belt, wallet, cell phone clip, etc. As this may adversely affect your measurements.

Out seam Measurement - When you measure this, make sure you have the pant worn on the
waist where you would wear it normally or during the event. Place the first end of the tape
measure in the middle of the side of the pant of one leg (where pant attachés together on
side). Then, allow that tape measure to fall down to the ground and carry the end towards
the smallest toe. Do not pull on the tape as that can change the measurement.  Hold the
measurement there, and record it. This will be your out seam. Make sure you wear no shoes
when you do this.
Shoe Size:
Your shoe size is very important, mostly if they are special order shoes. Please be very
accurate in what shoe size you wear as many may fit a size smaller or bigger. We would
recommend you choosing a shoe size you know will work for the event.
